  • BAL Wide Receiver #4

Offensive coordinator Declan Doyle did what he could to overcome undrafted free agent rookie Joe Fagnano under center, routinely putting Flowers in Motion across the formation to generate some level of misdirection for an offense with zero ability to attack downfield. That included three rush attempts and a completion thrown by running back Derrick Henry, but it wasn’t enough to salvage a usable fantasy week for the electric receiver. Fantasy managers can rest easy knowing help is on the way in the form of veteran quarterback Jacoby Brissett, who was signed earlier in the week and will likely make his team debut when the Ravens take on the Chargers in Week 10. Flowers will return to upside WR2 range with the change at quarterback.
  • BAL Running Back #22
Offensive coordinator Declan Doyle did everything in his power to overcome an undrafted free agent rookie quarterback in his first professional start, going so far as numerous direct snaps to Henry and a Henry pass attempt, but it ultimately proved futile. Things appeared to be trending in the right direction as the Ravens played the Jaguars to a tightly contested game through the first 29 minutes before Parker Washington broke the game open with a 50-yard touchdown in the final minute before the break. Things got nasty for Henry after the half as he managed only two additional yards after bruising his way to 55 first half yards. Henry will return to RB1 status in fantasy circles in Week 10 when the Ravens take on the Chargers.
  • JAC Wide Receiver #11
Both of Washington’s receptions came before the break, the second of which was a 50-yard touchdown on a double-move slant against Cover-0 with under one minute remaining before the half. Washington remains one of the most efficient receivers in the league but consistently positive game scripts have left the overall pass volume lacking, particularly in the second half this season. He remains an upside WR2 ahead of a Week 10 meeting with the Titans.
  • JAC Quarterback #16
It was business as usual for Lawrence and the Jaguars, who won their eighth game by 20 or more points since the start of the 2025 season, the most in the league during that span. Lawrence looked sharp throughout, starting things off with a touchdown drive on their opening possession that was sparked by a 52-yard completion to tight end Nate Boerkircher. He would hit Parker Washington on a slant for a 50-yard touchdown in the final minute before the half to push the lead to 17-3, with a flurry of second half field goals enough to chase the reeling Ravens from the field. In standard Jacksonville fashion, positive game script capped Lawrence’s aerial volume, something fantasy managers have both gotten used to through the mid way point in the season and will likely see continue considering the Jaguars hold the league’s softest remaining strength of schedule. The win pushes the Jaguars to 6-2 and extends their lead in the AFC South ahead of a Week 10 meeting with the one-win Titans, where Lawrence will remain a back end QB1 due to lack of volume.
  • BAL Quarterback #8
Well, that’s good, because it will assuredly take a record-setting deal to keep him in a Ravens uniform. Jackson has an $84.34 million salary cap hit next season, so the team has to do something with his contract. Jackson has a no-trade clause and a no-franchise tag clause — he possesses a ton of leverage. Per Palmer, the two sides will not negotiate a new deal in-season, so they will try to get something done between the end of the season and the beginning of free agency, which starts in March 2027.
  • JAC Running Back #33
The Jaguars have routinely killed the clock with their efficient ground game this season, oftentimes pulling Trevor Lawrence early. With the Ravens starting QB Joe Fagnano (ankle) tonight, the Jaguars should again enjoy a run-heavy game script, expectedly playing with a lead. Tuten is an RB1, having avoided suffering a setback this week.
  • LA Outside Linebacker #95
Garrett has now been able to participate in back-to-back practices. The 30-year-old star defender appears to be ready to roll for Week 9 against the Commanders, but a decision on Garrett’s availability likely won’t be made until Friday at the earliest.
  • TB Wide Receiver #2
After only participating in drills on the side and being listed as a non-participant Wednesday, Egbuka was a full-go for Thursday’s session. The 24-year-old will likely need to get in one more full session before fantasy managers can fully trust the wideout for Week 9 against the Bears, but this is obviously a significant step in the right direction.
  • NYJ Running Back #20
We expect to see Hall listed as a full participant on today’s injury report. An update will be provided if that is not the case. Earlier today, Jets OC Frank Reich discussed Hall and Braelon Allen’s expected usage, saying having the two players is “a great problem to have,” referring to the duo as “two No. 1 backs.” That said, Reich added that Hall “is obviously the bell cow,” but the backfield usage will be a “mix” of both players. Jets coach Aaron Glenn will reportedly share his ideal backfield split with Reich, who will work with the position coaches to make it happen. Hall likely belongs in the high-end RB2 tier while Allen remains FLEX-viable.
  • PHI Running Back #26
Barkley is again on track to play through his injuries on game day. The Eagles’ offensive centerpiece totaled 54 scrimmage yards, one catch and one touchdown in the Eagles’ Week 8 loss to the Commanders. He may have trouble solidifying a spot in the RB1 tier, given the state of the Eagles’ offense, but he remains a high-end RB2 at worst, based on talent and usage.
