ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports the deal has a max value of $15 million. 36-year-old Kelce has been declining for several years now, but he was still fourth in tight end yardage (851) last season. He was a more distant 21st in TE yards per route run at 1.47. Kelce appeared particularly dead-legged at the end of the Chiefs’ trying season. He is best utilized as a third down/red zone package player at this point, something coach Andy Reid undoubtedly already knows. Kelce will keep hanging around the TE1 ranks in fantasy, but probably more in the TE8-12 range than TE5-8.

Uncle Rico lands on his feet in Arizona with a chance to compete for the starting quarterback job with incumbent Jacoby Brissett during camp and preseason. The $8.25 million contract is far from “starter money,” but is still more than the average annual value of Brissett, making it likely the franchise is headed for a positional battle this offseason in the wake of Kyler Murray’s departure. At bare minimum, Minshew has proven to be a capable backup at the NFL level, having notched 47 starts across 63 appearances during his seven-year NFL career.

The deal includes $32 million in guaranteed money and helps the franchise fill the gaping void left in the wake of the Maxx Crosby trade to Baltimore. The five-year veteran played the entirety of his career to this point in Indianapolis, starting 74 games while registering 209 tackles, 37 tackles for loss, and 50 quarterback hits. The Raiders remain busy in free agency through the first five hours.

On the same day he learned he would be released by the Dolphins, Tagovailoa now lands in Atlanta on a one-year deal for a minimum salary. The former No. 5 overall pick will be in a prove-it year with the Falcons and head coach Kevin Stefanski, who inherited a tough situation at quarterback with Michael Penix (knee) unlikely to be ready for the start of the season and Kirk Cousins expected to be release. Assuming he’s the Falcons’ starter for Week 1, Tagovailoa will likely get every chance he can to prove he’s the guy for the job in the long haul, but we wouldn’t expect him to start all 17 games even if healthy. Pressure will mount as Penix nears a return and unless Tua is playing well above expectations, Stefanski will likely pivot back to Penix for a look at some point.

$68 million of this is guaranteed per Adam Schefter. Oweh did indeed hit the $25 million mark that Daniel Popper believed could lead to the Chargers letting him walk. The 27-year-old EDGE had 7.5 sacks in 12 games with the Chargers last year and will now try to revitalize Washington’s lagging pass rush. He’s been more of a complementary rusher so far — this is a contract that says the Commanders want him to be the main man.

The Buccaneers lifer will now work with Brock Purdy in the Bay Area. A broken collarbone ruined Evans’ 2025 season, but it’s hard to believe if he’s healthy he won’t remain a stalwart WR2 in what profiles to be an improved passing game fit. Evans will take Jauan Jennings’ role with Ricky Pearsall on the other side of the formation, and he’ll do what Jennings did last year — box out smaller defensive backs and win contested balls. Jennings had nine touchdowns last year despite missing part of the season and playing with Mac Jones for other parts of it. 10-plus touchdowns is absolutely in Evans’ range of outcomes.

Dotson could see starter’s snaps in Atlanta after the Falcons parted ways with Darnell Mooney. Dotson was stuck behind DeVonta Smith and A.J. Brown over the past couple seasons in Philadelphia with no real way to see consistent routes or targets in the Eagles’ ultra run-heavy offense. Dotson managed just 37 catches and one touchdown over 34 regular season games with the Eagles. In Atlanta he will be a distant WR2 at best in Kevin Stefanski’s offense.

The rumored market for Robinson in free agency appeared to be the Titans or ... well, no, just the Titans. Everyone was saying it, you were hearing it more and more, and now it’s official. Robinson figures to be in the WR3 sphere as the lone receiver on the Titans who commanded targets last year. It’s not exactly an exciting landing spot, but the Titans will do a lot to keep Robinson’s fantasy value stable.

Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer reported last week that Etienne “could fit” with the Saints. Now, the 27-year-old back is headed to the Big Easy to presumably take over as the team’s RB1, immediately putting Alvin Kamara’s already uncertain future even more in doubt. Etienne rushed 260 times for 1,107 yards last season while also scoring seven times on the ground. He added another 36 catches for 292 yards and six receptions, averaging a solid 5.6 yards per touch on the season. Etienne is a versatile three-down back whose pass-catching upside will put him in the conversation as a high-end RB2 in fantasy leagues next season. Assuming a high-volume role in New Orleans, he should have a chance to replicate last year’s success when he finished as the RB14 in fantasy points per game.

It’s well short of what Allgeier was reportedly expecting — something in the range of $22 million over three seasons. He lands in a crowded Arizona backfield alongside Trey Benson and James Conner, who recently took a pay cut to remain with the Cardinals in 2026. Allgeier rushed 210 times for 1,035 yards and three touchdowns as a rookie in 2022 before being replaced as the Falcons’ lead back by Bijan Robinson in 2023. His peripherals fell off a cliff in 2025, as he averaged a career-low 3.6 yards per carry and average 0.11 broken tackles per rush, which ranked 49th out of 66 qualifying running backs. Allgeier will likely split backfield duties in Arizona and will remain as touchdown dependent as any back in fantasy football.
